PLAYER OF THE YEAR RACe info
The Heritage Golf Tour Player of the Year race is structured to reward sustained excellence over the course of the season.
Points are awarded at each event, with majors carrying increased value. The race is not determined by a single performance or isolated result. Instead, it is designed to recognize players who consistently contend and perform at a high level throughout the competitive year.
A season-long record of strong finishes will outweigh limited appearances or one exceptional week. The Player of the Year distinction is intended to honor the competitor who demonstrates sustained performance from start to finish.
Following the conclusion of the final major, the season-long points leader will earn the Q-School Bonus.
The Player of the Year points race is included with Heritage Golf Tour membership.
The $1,300 annual membership also provides reduced entry fees throughout the season, including significant savings at major events.
